Truly Yours began with something simple: a mom wanting better options for her daughter.

As she grew and became curious about skincare and lip gloss, I wanted her to have products that felt fun and special—but that I could also feel good about giving her.

That little search eventually became a much bigger idea. ♡

And then came the gloss ♡

Because kids want a little glam, too.

Like so many kids, she loved lip gloss—the colors, the shine, the flavors, and the fun of having something that felt a little grown-up.

But I kept thinking: what if there were something created with that younger experience in mind?

Something playful and glossy. Something she could pull out of her bag and feel excited about. Something that gave her the fun of lip gloss while still feeling age-appropriate.

Two little glosses started it all.

Bubblegum Blast brought the sweet pink, bubbly fun. Vanilla Butter brought the warm, buttery-yellow sweetness. Together, they became our first Candy Gloss Balms—and the beginning of something much bigger.

Made for little ones. Made for big personalities. ♡

And that’s how Candy Gloss Balm was born. ♡

Finding what worked wasn’t always easy.

But Truly Yours didn’t stop with lip care. ♡

My daughter has always had sensitive skin, which meant skincare wasn’t as simple as grabbing something off the shelf. We spent time searching for products that felt gentle enough for her skin while still doing what we needed them to do.

As a mom, I found myself paying closer attention to ingredients, learning what different formulas were designed to do, and thinking about what I wished existed for kids like her.

I wanted skincare that felt gentle and thoughtful—but I also wanted it to feel like it belonged to her. Something inviting, colorful, and fun enough that caring for her skin could become a routine she actually looked forward to.

Somewhere between searching for gentle skincare and creating a kid-friendly version of the lip gloss she loved, Truly Yours found its purpose.
